Aksi Nyata Budaya Positif (Modul 1 Diklat Calon Guru Penggerak)

Aksi Nyata adalah alur merdeka belajar Pendidikan Pelatihan Calon Guru Penggerak (CGP) tempat CGP menunjukkan aksi nyata penetapan pengetahuan yang dipelajari selama mengikuti diklat. Pada modul 1, CGP belajar tentang budaya positif sehingga dalam aksi nyata ini, saya akan menunjukkan aksi nyata apa saja yang telah saya lakukan untuk mewujudkan budaya positif di kelas dan sekolah saya.

Sebelum saya membahas aksi nyata, ada baiknya sedikit kita mengingat kembali apa tujuan budaya positif.

“Budaya positif bertujuan untuk menciptakan sekolah sebagai tempat yang aman, nyaman, menyenangkan dan bebas dari tekanan bagi murid. Dengan suasana belajar yang positif, murid akan mampu belajar dengan baik dan karakter murid akan tumbuh dengan baik.”

Berikut adalah rencana dan hasil aksi nyata yang saya lakukan untuk menciptakan budaya positif.

Menerapkan Teori Kontrol sebagai Manajer untuk Menerapkan Disiplin Positif

Disiplin posiitif diperlukan untuk menciptakan budaya positif. Dislipin positif memiliki tiga kata kunci, yaitu disiplin diri, merdeka, dan kontrol diri. Disiplin diri adalah disiplin yang kuat yang berasal dari dalam diri murid itu sendiri sehingga disiplin diri berasal dari motivasi internal murid. Merdeka berarti murid lepas dari perintah orang lain untuk melakukan segala sesuatu. Kontrol diri adalah menguasai diri untuk memilih tindakan sesuai dengan nilai yang diyakini. 

Tujuan pendidik adalah menciptakan murid yang memiliki disiplin diri sehingga mereka berperilaku dengan mengacu kepada nilai-nilai kebajikan universal dan memiliki motivasi intrinsik.

Peran kontrol sebagai manajer untuk menumbuhkan budaya positif pada murid.

Untuk menerapkan disiplin positif, saya menerapkan teori kontrol sebagai manajer. Sebagai manajer, saya menjadi mentor bagi murid saya agar murid saya bertanggung jawab atas dirinya sendiri. Salah satu yang saya lakukan adalah mengajak berdiskusi kepada murid saya yang sering tidak mengikuti pelajaran dan sering tidak mengerjakan tugas. Diskusi ini saya lakukan pada hari Senin, 15 November 2021.

Saya menunjukkan kepada murid saya catatan presensi dan nilai tugas. Murid saya tersebut kehadirannya hanya 48% dan terdapat kekurangan 17 tugas. Kemudian saya mengajukan pertanyaan kepada murid saya terkait dengan presensi dan nilai yang di bawah KKM (Kriteria ketuntasan minimal) sebagai syarat kenaikan kelas dan murid saya menjawab syarat untuk kenaikan kelas adalah minimal harus hadir atau mengikuti pelajaran sebanyak 95% dan nilai di bawah KKM maksimal 2 nilai. Lalu saya menanyakan kepada murid saya apakah ia ingin naik kelas atau tidak. Kemudian siswa saya tersebut menjawab bahwa ia ingin naik kelas. Kemudian saya kembali bertanya jika sekarang presensi hanya 46% dan nilai tugas banyak yang kosong, maka apa yang akan ia lakukan agar kehadirannya di akhir semester genap bisa mencapai minimal 95% dan nilai di bawah KKM maksimal 2 nilai. Murid saya menjawab bahwa mulai hari itu, ia akan berhenti melakukan kesalahan yaitu dengan selalu mengikuti pelajaran baik pertemuan tatap muka terbatas maupun ketika mendapatkan giliran belajar dari rumah melalui google meet.  Ia juga berjanji akan mengerjakan 1 tugas setiap hari sejak tanggal 16 s.d. 17 November 2021 dan tidak akan mengulangi kembali kebiasaan buruknya malas bersekolah dan menunda-nunda pekerjaan. 

Melakukan Segitiga Restitusi

Segitiga restitusi adalah proses kolaboratif yang mengajarkan murid untuk mencari solusi dari masalah yang dihadapinya dan membantu murid berpikir tentang orang seperti apa yang diinginkan dan bagaimana memperlakukan orang lain. Video berikut adalah praktik segitiga restitusi yang saya lakukan berdasarkan  skenario segitiga restitusi yang saya susun. 

Membuat Keyakinan Kelas untuk Berprestasi

Salah satu visi sekolah saya adalah mewujudkan peserta didik yang berprestasi, baik prestasi akademik dan non-akademik. Untuk meningkatkan prestasi akademik bagi kelas IX saya membuat keyakinan kelas dengan memanfaatkan media papan virtual jamboard. Melalui jamboard, saya mengajukan beberapa pertanyaan yang harus dijawab oleh setiap murid kemudian jawaban yang ditulis oleh murid akan dijadikan sebagai keyakinan kelas yang harus dilakukan setiap murid agar harapan yang diinginkan terwujud. Beberapa pertanyaan yang saya ajukan adalah sebagai berikut.

  1. Berapa target nilai Asesmen Daerah (AD) untuk Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Inggris yang ingin anda capai?
  2. Strategi apa yang akan anda lakukan untuk mencapai target?
  3. Berapa kosakata yang akan anda hapalkan setiap hari?
  4. Berapa kali anda akan berlatih menegrjakan soal-soal latihan AD Mapel Bahasa Inggris dalam seminggu?

Kolaborasi untuk Menerapkan Budaya Positif

Untuk mewujudkan budaya positif, saya tidak dapat berkerja sendiri, tetapi saya membutuhkan kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak, terutama kepala sekolah, rekan sejawat, murid, orang tua/ wali murid, dan komite. Saya mencoba menerapkan BAGJA untuk mendapatkan dukungan dari berbagai pihak. Saya mewawancarai kepala sekolah dan rekan sejawat menggunakan langkah BAGJA, yaitu Buat pertanyaan utama (B), Ambil pelajaran (A), Gali mimpi (G), Jabarkan rencana (J) dan Atur eksekusi (A). Beberapa kerja sama yang saya lakukan bersama kepala sekolah dan rekan sejawat dengan pihak lain adalah dalam melaksanakan program Sekolah Siaga Kependudukan bersama Dinas P3AP2KB, penguatan literasi dan numerasi bersama LPMP DIY, peningkatan layanan perpustakaan dengan SMP Negeri 1 Sleman, dan peningkatan prestasi akademik kelas IX dengan orang tua atau wali murid dan komite sekolah. 

Menerapkan Budaya Senyum Salam Sapa

Salah satu wujud sopan santun adalah senyum, mengucapkan salam dan sapa, namun waktu awal masuk Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas (PTMT) pada tanggal 11 Agustus 2021, para siswa yang selama hampir dua thaun tidak pernah bertatap muka terlihat tidak menyapa kepada guru ketika bertemu dengan guru. Sebagai urusan kurikulum, saya merasa ada hal yang harus segera dikoreksi sehingga saya menemui kepala sekolah saya bagaimana caranya agar siswa memiliki sopan santun dengan menyapa atau mengucapkan salam ketika bertemu dengan siapaun terutama kepada guru dan karyawan di lingkungan sekolah. Kepala sekolah meminta saya untuk membuat redaksi imbauan kepada siswa untuk senyum, sapa dan salam saat berjumpa dengan guru maupun akryawan dan teman lain di lingkungan sekolah. Setelah pengumuman disampiakan, keesokan harinya perubahan itu sudah mulai tampak meskpin masih ada satu dua siswa yang belum melakukannya. Berikut video pembiasaan salam sapa agar salam sapa menajdi budaya positif di sekolah saya.

Kesimpulan

Sekolah perlu menerapkan budaya positif karena dengan budaya positif akan terwujud sekolah sebagai tempat yang aman, nyaman, dan menyenagkan bagi murid sehingga dapat meningkatkan kompetensi maupun karakter dengan baik. Budaya positif dapat dilakukan dengan melaksanakan beberapa program sekolah, milsalnya membuat keyakinan kelas, menerapkan segitiga restitusi, menerapkan peran kontrol sebagai manajer dalam membantu murid menyelesiakan masalah, berkolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak dan menerapkan program pembiasaan seperti pembiasaan senyum, salam, dan sapa.
