Apa kabar, pembaca budiman? Semoga semua dalam keadaan baik dan bahagia. Jangan lupa tetap patuhi protokol kesehatan meskipun sudah vaksin dan level PPKM sudah mulai turun agar pandemi Covid-19 segera usai.
Kali ini, saya akan berbagi cerita tentang refleksi saya dalam mengikuti kegiatan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Calon Guru Penggerak (CGP) Angkatan 3 di Kabupaten Sleman pada minggu ke-7. Saya akan menggunakan model refleksi yang dikembangkan oleh Driscoll dan Tea (2002). Berikut video refleksi minggu ke-7 yang saya buat.
Pertama saya akan mendeskripsikan peristiwa yang terjadi dengan menjawab beberapa pertanyaan WHAT seperti berikut ini.
– Apa yang terjadi?
– Apa yang saya lihat/dengar/alami?
– Apa reaksi saya pada saat itu?
– Apa yang orang lain lakukan pada saat peristiwa itu terjadi?
Langkah kedua, saya akan menganalisis dari peristiwa yang terjadi dengan menjawab pertanyaan SO WHAT seperti berikut.
– Bagaimana perasaan saya pada saat peristiwa itu terjadi?
– Apakah yang saya rasakan sama/berbeda dengan orang yang mengalami kejadian
yang sama?
– Apakah saya masih merasakan perasaan/dampak yang sama jika dibandingkan
dengan perasaan/dampak langsung setelah peristiwa?
– Kecenderungan apa yang saya amati dari diri saya ketika menghadapi peristiwa
serupa?
– Mengapa saya bisa memiliki kecenderungan tersebut?
– Setelah mengalami peristiwa tersebut, apa hal yang berubah dari pendapat,
pemikiran, atau apapun yang Anda yakini sebelumnya?
Ketiga, saya akan menjawab pertanyaan NOW WHAT untuk mendeskripsikan tindak lanjut dari peristiwa yang terjadi sebagai berikut.
– Apakah kejadiannya akan berbeda jika pada saat itu saya mengambil langkah yang
berbeda?
– Di mana saya bisa mendapatkan informasi tambahan agar bisa siap ketika
menghadapi peristiwa serupa di masa depan?
– Dukungan apa yang saya butuhkan agar bisa menindaklanjuti refleksi saya?
– Bagian mana yang sebaiknya saya kerjakan lebih dulu?
– Setelah Anda melakukan pembelajaran ini, apa hal baru yang ingin Anda bagikan
kepada rekan atau lingkungan Anda?
Berikut ini penjelasan lebih lengkap terkait refleksi yang saya buat menggunakan model Driscoll.
What?
Minggu ini saya melakukan demonstrasi kontekstual dan koneksi antar materi visi guru penggerak. Saya mendemosntrasikan dan mengaitkan BAGJA dengan visi saya sebagai guru penggerak untuk mewujudkan peserta didik yang berakhlak mulia, berprestasi, berkarakter, dan berbudaya. Apa itu BAGJA?
BAGJA adalah manajemen perubahan yang menggunakan paradigma Inkuiri apresiatif (IA). IA adalah pendekatan kolaboratif dalam melakukan perubahan berbasis kekuatan. IA menerapkan prinsip psikologi positif dan pendidikan positif (Cooperrider & Whitney, 1999).
Untuk mewujudkan salah satu visi saya sebagai guru penggerak dalam mewujudkan generasi yang berprestasi, saya menggunakan tabel pertanyaan BAGJA. Seperti apa tabel BAGJA yang digunakan untuk mewujudkan visi? Intip tabel pertanyaan di bawah ini.
Seperti apa daftar pertanyaan itu saya gunakan untuk menyusun strategi mewujudkan visi mewujudkan peserta didik berprestasi? Sila simak video demonstrasi kontekstual berikut ini. Video saya susun sejak hari Sabtu, 25 September 2021.
Sedangkan bagaimana saya menggunakan BAGJA untuk mewujudkan generasi yang berkarakter, khususnya literat dan numerat, sila anda simak video tentang koneksi antar materi. Video ini saya buat pada Jumat (1/10) setelah mendapatkan materi penguatan dari Ajeng Wulansari pada kegiaatan elaborasi pemahaman kebutuhan perubahan di sekolah pada hari Rabu (29/8/2021). Berikut adalah video kegiatan elaborasi materi.
So What?
Pada saat mengerjakan demontsrasi kontekstual saya sempat merasa bingung harus bagaimana membuat pertanyaan-pertanyaan dari setiap langkah BAGJA. Namun setelah mengikuti kegiatan elaborasi dengan narasumber Ajeng Wulansari, saya merasa senang karena saya sudah mengetahui apa dan bagaimana mewujudkan visi saya sebagai guru penggerak untuk melakukan perubahan di kelas dan sekolah saya dengan membuat pertanyaan dalam setiap langkah BAGJA. Perasaan ini sama seperti yang dialami oleh teman-teman satu kelompok.
Saya rasa kebingungan ini merupakan suatu hal yang harus disikapi secara positif. Ketika bingung jangan dijadikan alasan untuk tidak melakukan sesuatu karena merasa tidak tahu dan tidak bisa, tetapi selayaknya dijadikan sebagai pelecut semangat untuk menacri tahu, untuk terus belajar sehingga tahu dan bisa melakukan sesuatu.
Bingung adalah awal tahu. Don’t be worry if you feel confused.
Saya juga merasa semakin optimis bahwa saya akan mampu mewujudkan visi saya untuk mewujudkan generasi berakhlak mulia, berprestasi, berkarakter, dan berbudaya. saya dengan dukungan dari kepala sekolah dan kolaborasi dengan rekan sejawat.
Ada perubahan pemikiran yang selama ini saya melakukan perbaikan dengan berbasis masalah dan menacri kekurangan yang harus diperbaiki, maka setelah mengikuti kegiatan demosntrasi dan elaborasi visi guru penggerak untuk mengenali kekuatan dan potensi anak sehingga terujud visi yang diharapkan cenderung berbasis kekuatan atau aset yang ada pada diri saya sendiri maupun kukuatan yang berasal dari faktor eksternal, seperti murid, kepala sekolah, rekan sejawat, orang tua/ wali murid, komite sekolah, pengawas, kemitraaan, sara dan prasarana, pembiayaan, dsb. Dengan memberdayakan semua kekuatan yang ada, saya optimis bahwa visi saya akan tercapai.
Now What?
Saya semakin yakin bahwa selama ini saya salah ambil langkah, yaitu melakukan perubahan berbasis masalah dan kekurangan dan mulai saat ini saya akan berhenti sampai di sini saja. Saya akan mengubah pendekatan yang saya gunakan dalam melakukan perubahan. Saya akan memegang prinsip memberdayakan semua kekuatan yang ada dalam melakukan transformasi di kelas dan sekolah saya.
Perubahan akan lebih efektif jika dilakukan dengan memetakan dan memberdayakan semua kekuatan atau aset yang dimiliki.
Saya akan terus belajar, berdiskusi, dan mencari informasi terkait dengan praktik baik dalam melakukan perubahan dari rekan seprofesi agar saya lebih baik lagi dalam melakukan upaya perubahan sehingga mendapatkan hasil seoptimal mungkin. Saya akan terus mengingatkan kepada diri saya sendiri terlebih dahulu bahwa perubahan itu tetap harus bermuara pada kepentingan murid saya, yaitu murid saya dapat menunjukkan bahwa mereka berakhlak mulia, berprestasi, berkarakter, dan berbudaya.
Setelah saya paham bagaimana merencanakan sebuah perubahan dengan merencanakan tindakan seperti pada setiap tahapan BAGJA, saya akan melaksanakan dalam kelas saya terlebih dahulu. Saya akan meminta murid saya, kepala sekolah, dan rekan sejawat untuk memberikan evaluai, umpan balik, dan refleksi terhadap perubahan yang saya lakukan.
Perubahan membutuhkan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak. Anda tidak bisa belerja sendiri untuk melakukan transformasi.
Setelah saya berhasil melakukan perubahan dengan menerapkan BAGJA, saya akan membagikan pengalaman saya kepada rekan sejawat saya yang memiliki pemikiran yang sama. Saya akan membimbing teman saya sampai berhasil dan saya berharap teman saya mau ebrbagi pengelaman kepada rekan sejawat saya lainnya yang belum menerapkan BAGJA dalam melakukan perubahan di kelas dan sekolah.
Awali perubahan dari orang-orang yang sepemikiran dan memiliki kesadaran yang sama dengan anda.
