Jurnal Refleksi Minggu ke-19: Demontrasi Kontekstual dan Elaborasi Pengambilan Keputusan

Halo, pembaca budiman. Kembali saya akan berbagi pengalaman saya dalam mengikuti Diklat CGP minggu ke-19. Kali ini saya akan menggunakan model refleksi DEAL. Model ini dikembangkan oleh Ash dan Clayton (2009). DEAL terdiri dari tiga bagian, yaitu Description, Examination and Articulation of Learning. Berikut panduan membuat refleksi menggunakan model DEAL.

  • Description: Deskripsikan pengalaman yang dialami dengan menceritakan unsur 5W1H
    (apa, siapa, di mana, kapan, mengapa, bagaimana).
  • Examination: Analisis pengalaman tersebut dengan membandingkannya terhadap
    tujuan/rencana yang telah dibuat sebelumnya.
  • Articulation of Learning: Jelaskan hal yang dipelajari dan rencana untuk perbaikan di masa
    mendatang.

Pada hari Senin, 14 Februari 2022 saya memasuki alur merdeka belajar demontrasi kontekstual dan pada hari Kamis, 17 Februari 2022 saya memasuki alur belajar elaborasi pemahaman bersama instruktur. Dalam dua alur merdeka ini saya mendemonstrasikan dan menambah wawasan dari instruktur tentang bagaimana mengambil keputusan dari dilema etika menggunakan 4 paradigma, 3 prinsip, dan 9 langkah pengambilan keputusan.

Setelah melalui alur belajar ini saya merasakan adanya perbedaan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Sebelum  mengetahui paradigma, prinsip, dan langkah pengambilan keputusan, saya cenderung menghabiskan lebih banyak energi dalam mengambil suatu keputusan karena perasaan khawatir apakah keputusan yang saya ambil adalah keputusan yang terbaik. Namun, setelah saya mengikuti dua kegiatan ini, saya menjadi lebih paham bagaimana saya dapat mengambil suatu keputusan dengan tepat dan cepat.

Yang telah saya pelajari dalam demontrasi kontekstual dan elaborasi pemahaman adalah sebagai berikut.

  1. Bujukan  moral adalah ketika seseorang harus memliih dan membuat keputusan antara benar dan salah.
  2. Dilema etika adalah suatu situasi yang membuat kita berada pada situasi menentukan dari dua pilihan yang secara moral sama-sama benar sehingga terkadang kita sulit untuk membuat suatu keputusan.
  3. Terdapat empat paradigma dalam mengambil suatu keputusan ketika kita menghadapi dilema etika, yaitu (1) individu melawan massyarakat, (2) kebenaran melawan kesetiaan, (3) keadilan melawan rasa kasihan, dan (4) jangka pendek melawan jangka panjang.
  4. Terdapat tiga prinsip dalam mengambil suatu keputusan ketika kita menghadapi dilema etika, yaitu (1) berpikir berbasis hasil akhir, (2) berpikir berbasis peraturan, dan (3) berpikir berbasis rasa peduli.
  5. Terdapat sembilan langkah dalam mengambil suatu keputusan ketika kita menghadapi dilema etika, yaitu (1) mengenali bahwa ada nilai-nilai yang saling bertentangan, (2) menentukan siapa yang terlibat,  (3) kumpulkan fakta-fakta yang relevan, (4) pengujian benar atau salah melalui uji legal, uji regulasi, uji intuisi, uji halaman depan, uji panutan, (5) pengujian paradigma benar atau salah, (6) prinsip pengambilan keputusan, (7) investigasi opsi trilema, (8) buat keputusan, dan (9) tinjau lagi keputusan dan refleksikan.

Setelah mengetahui bagaimana menggunakan paradigma, prinsip, dan langkah pengambilan keputusan, rencana saya di waktu yang akan datang adalah selalu berusaha untuk pengetahuan saya tersebut dalam setiap pengambilan keputusan. Dengan demikian, saya berharap saya akan mampu mengambil setiap keputusan dengan bijaksana dan hasil keputusan saya adalah keputusan yang terbaik, yang bermanfaat serta berdampak positif  bagi semua pihak yang terlibat, utamanya bagi murid saya.
