Halo, sahabat pendidik hebat Senang sekali saya dapat hadir kembali untuk berbagi pengalaman sebagai Calon Guru Penggerak Angkatan ke-3 dari Kabupaten Sleman. Pada kesempatan kali ini saya akan bercerita tentang pengalaman saya selama minggu ke-21 mengikuti Diklat CGP sejak Senin s.d. Sabtu, 28 Februari s.d. 5 Maret 2022. Kali ini saya akan membuat refleksi menggunakan model 4F (Facts, Feelings, Findings, Future) yang dikembangkan oleh Dr. Roger Greenaway dengan mengikuti panduan sebagai berikut.
- Facts (Peristiwa): Ceritakan pengalaman Anda mengikuti pembelajaran pada minggu ini ? Apa hal baik yang saya alami dalam proses tersebut? Ceritakan juga hambatan atau kesulitan Anda selama proses pembelajaran pada minggu ini? Apa yang saya lakukan dalam mengatasi kendala tersebut?
- Feelings (Perasaan): Bagaimana perasaan Anda selama pembelajaran berlangsung? Ceritakan hal yang membuat Anda memiliki perasaan tersebut.
- Findings (Pembelajaran): Pelajaran apa yang saya dapatkan dari proses ini? Apa hal baru yang saya ketahui mengenai diri saya setelah proses ini?
- Future (Penerapan): Apa yang bisa saya lakukan dengan lebih baik jika saya melakukan hal serupa di masa depan? Apa aksi/tindakan yang akan saya lakukan setelah belajar dari peristiwa ini?
Facts
Selama empat hari Senin s.d. Kamis, 28 Februari s.d. 5 Maret 2022, saya bersama dua teman satu kelompok memasuki Alur Merdeka Belajar 3.2.a.5. Ruang Kolaborasi Forum Kelompok. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah mampu mengidentifikasi berbagai sumber daya daerah untuk sekolahnya dan strategi pemanfatannya secara efektif. Hasil pemetaan/identifikasi bisa dalam bentuk poster, tabel, mind map, dan lain-lain. Kelompok kami memilih membuat mind map tentang 7 aset atau modal dari Candi Prambanan.
Selanjutnya pada hari Jumat, 2 Maret 2022, kami memasuki Alur Merdeka Belajar 3.2.a.6. Refleksi Terbimbing Pemimpin dalam Pengelolaan Sumber Daya. Tujuan dari kegiatan refleksi terbimbing ini adalah dapat dapat mengidentifikasi cara pandang yang sebelumnya melihat dari sisi masalah dan kekurangan sekolah dari semua sumber daya yang ada dengan memandang dari sisi aset dan kekuatan yang dimiliki oleh sekolah dan mampu mengambil makna dari pengalaman belajar dan dapat melakukan refleksi yang dipandu oleh fasilitator dengan menjawab empat pertanyaan panduan sebagai berikut.
- Apa yang menarik dari proses dan hasil pemetaan tentang sumber daya di daerah untuk sekolah Anda?
- Apakah pola pikir yang Anda pikirkan sebelum mempelajari modul ini? Apakah menggunakan pendekatan aset atau masalah?
- Jika ada perubahan? Sebutkan apa perbedaannya dan mengapa itu berubah?
- Apa yang perlu Anda lakukan jika Anda dapat terus berpikir dengan pendekatan berbasis aset?
Silakan baca di sini jika ingin mengetahui lebih jauh tentang 7 aset atau modal Candi Prambanan yang dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber daya bagi sekolah untuk melaksanakan program pembelajaran yang berdampak bagi murid.

Today, I went to the beach front with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic but I had to tell someone!
of course like your web-site but you need to check the spelling on several of your posts. Many of them are rife with spelling problems and I to find it very troublesome to tell the truth on the other hand I will certainly come again again.
