Halo, pembaca yang budiman. Berjumpa kembali dengan saya. Hari ini saya akan berbagi cerita tantang aksi nyata yang saya lakukan sebagai tugas Diklat Calon Guru Penggerak Angkatan 3 dari Kabupaten Sleman, Yogyakarta. Aksi nyata kali ini saya praktik menjadi pengambil keputusan sebagai pemimpin pembelajaran yaitu pengimbasan kepada rekan sejawat tentang pengambilan keputusan yang dilaksanakan pada hari Jumat 25 Februari 2022.
Peristiwa (Facts)
Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, guru seringkali dihadapkan pada beberapa situasi yang sulit untuk menentukan pilihan karena guru memiliki banyak peran sebagai individu, sebagai anggota keluarga, sebagai pendidik, dan peran-peran lainnya. Guru seringkali menjumpa situasi yang menuntutnya untuk mengambil suatu keputusan. Ketika seorang guru berada pada dua pilihan yang sama-sama benar berarti guru tersebut sedang menghadapi sebuah dilema etika. Mungkin sebagain besar guru sebenarnya sudah terbiasa untuk mengambil sebuah keputusan atas dilema etika yang dihadapi namun guru-guru tersebut hanya mengandalkan intuisi karena belum mengetahui konsep dan teknik pengambilan keputusan dilema etika yang tepat.
Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, pengimbasan materi pengambilan keputusan kepada rekan sejawat ini dipandang perlu dilaksanakan. Pengimbasan ini diharapkan dapat terbangun budaya di kalangan guru dalam pengambilan keputusan yang tepat yaitu keputusan yang berpihak kepada peserta didik. Ketika guru berada pada dilemma etika maka guru dapat menggunakan empat paradigma dilemma etika, tiga prinsip pengambilan keputusan dan sembilan langkah pengambilan keputusan.
Kegiatan pengimbasan dilakukan pada hari Jumat, 25 Februari 2022. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di ruang guru setelah proses pembelajaran berakhir pada pukul 09.00 WIB hingga pukul 10.30 WIB. Kegiatan pengimbasan diawali dengan menyajikan dua buah kasus dan guru diminta untuk menebak kasus mana yang termasuk bujukan moral dan kasus mana yang merupakan dilema etika. Berdasarkan dua kasus tersebut, guru diminta untuk menyimpulkan konsep dilema etika dan bujukan moral. Kemudian Calon Guru Penggerak (CGP) menyampaikan paradigma, prinsip dan langkah pengambilan keputusan. Di akhir kegiatan, CGP meminta rekan sejawat untuk melakukan refleksi.
Dalam kegiatan refleksi, rekan sejawat mengaku mendapatkan ilmu baru dalam pengambilan keputusan. Guru dapat membedakan konsep dilema etika dan bujukan moral. Guru juga mengetahui bagaimana mengambil keputusan ketika berada pada situasi dilema etika dengan menerapkan empat paradigma, tiga prinsip pengambilan keputusan dan sembilan langkah pengambilan keputusan sehingga guru dapat mengambil keputusan yang berpihak kepada murid.
Perasaan (Feelings)
Saya merasa senang dan lega setelah melaksanakan aksi nyata ini. Saya senang karena rekan sejawat saya mendapatkan ilmu baru yang telah saya pelajari sebelumnya. Saya juga lega karena saya merasa ilmu ini sangat penting disampaikan kepada rekan sejawat sehingga di sekolah saya akan tercipta iklim belajar yang positif yang berpihak kepada murid sehingga murid dapat merasa nyaman dan aman belajar di sekolah dan dapat mengembangkan potensinya seoptimal mungkin. Saya juga lega karena teman memberikan tanggapan yang positif terhadap kegiatan pengimbasan ini.
Pembelajaran (Findings)
Setelah mengikuti serangkaian kegiatan aksi nyata, saya mendapatkan pembelajaran bahwa pengambilan keputusan merupakan suatu keterampilan yang perlu diajarkan tidak hanya kepada guru tetapi juga kepada murid. Murid perlu belajar mengenai pengambilan keputusan karena murid juga tidak pernah lepas dari dilema etika maupun bujukan moral. Dengan memiliki keterampilan pengambilan keputusan, murid akan mampu menghadapi segala masalah yang dialami dengan bijak sehingga akan membentuk generasi penerus bangsa yang bijaksana.
Penerapan ke Depan (Future)
Ke depan saya akan mengajarkan pengambilan keputusan kepada murid-murid saya. Pengambilan keputusan merupakan keterampilan dasar yang sangat berguna dalam menyelesaikan masalah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan mengajarkan siswa bagaimana mengambil keputusan dengan bijak amka siswa akan lebih bertanggung jawab akan keputusannnya. Jika siswa memiliki keterampilan pengambilan keputusan yang bijak maka siswa akan menjadi orang yang bijaksana dalam menyikapi berbagai hal atau masalah yang dihadapinya dan dapat menyelesaikan masalah dengan baik.
