Jurnal Refleksi Minggu ke-23: Kepemimpinan Murid (Student Agency)

 

Halo, pembaca budiman. Senang sekali saya dapat hadir kembali di blog ini untuk berbagi pengalaman sebagai Calon Guru Penggerak Angkatan ke-3 dari Kabupaten Sleman. Kali ini saya akan berbagi pengalaman saya selama mengikuti Pendidikan dan Pelatihan minggu ke-23, sejak Senin s.d. Sabtu, 14 s.d. 19 Maret 2022.

Saya akan melakukan refleksi selama mengikuti alur merdeka belajar pada minggu ke-23 menggunakan model Description, Examination and Articulation of Learning (DEAL). Model ini dikembangkan oleh Ash dan Clayton (2009). Untuk membuat refleksi model ini, tulislah penjabaran dari pertanyaan panduan berikut.

  • Description: Deskripsikan pengalaman yang dialami dengan menceritakan unsur 5W1H
    (apa, siapa, di mana, kapan, mengapa, bagaimana).
  • Examination: Analisis pengalaman tersebut dengan membandingkannya terhadap
    tujuan/rencana yang telah dibuat sebelumnya.
  • Articulation of Learning: Jelaskan hal yang dipelajari dan rencana untuk perbaikan di masa
    mendatang.

Pada hari ini, saya memasuki Alur Merdeka Belajar Demonstrasi Kontekstual Modul 3.3. Pengelolaan Program yang Berdampak Kepada Murid. Dalam modul ini saya mempelajari Modul 3.3.a.2. Pendahuluan dan Modul 3.3.a.3. Mulai dari diri.

Selasa dan Rabu, 15-16 Maret 2022

Hari kedua dan ketiga pada minggu ke-23 masuk pada Alur Merdeka Belajar Elaborasi Pemahaman Modul 3.3.a.4 Ekpslorasi Konsep Pengelolaan Program yang Berdampak pada Murid. Tujuan dari alur belajar ini adalah untuk menunjukkan pemahaman tentang konsep kepemimpinan murid dan kaitannya dengan profil Pelajar Pancasila, menunjukkan pemahaman apa yang dimaksud dengan suara (voice), pilihan (choice) dan kepemilikan (ownership), dan menemukenali dan menganalisis elemen pilihan, kepemilikan, dan suara dalam beberapa program/ kegiatan pembelajaran.

Kamis, 17 Maret 2022

Pada hari ini saya memasuki Alur Merdeka Belajar Forum Diskusi Asinkron Modul 3.3.a.4.1. untuk mengembangkan ide dan pemahaman bersama tentang satu jenis program atau kegiatan intrakurikuler. kokurikuler/ esktrakurikuler dengan mengacu kepada 7 karakteristik lingkungan dan sejauh mana aspek suara, pilihan dan kepemilikan dipromosikan atau didorong dalam kegiatan atau program tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan pada alur belajar ini adalah agar CGP dapat menghubungkan materi modul 3.2. dengan materi pada modul-modul sebelumnya serta mampu membuat rencana perubahan secara rinci dengan menggunakan format BAGJA

Jumat, 18 Maret 2022

Alur Merdeka Belajar Modul 3.3.a.5 Ruang Kolaborasi – Kelompok Mandiri untuk membuat satu program intrakurikuler/ kokurikuler/ ekstrakurikuler yang mempromosikan voice, choice, dan ownership untuk mewujudkan kepemimpinan atau agency pada murid. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah agar CGP dapat menjalankan rancangan yang sudah dibuat pada tahap koneksi antar materi. Selama menjalankan aksi nyata, CGP diminta untuk mendokumentasikan proses terjadinya pada setiap tahapan berupa foto atau video.

Examination

Sebelum mengikuti alur merdeka belajar ini, saya belum tahu apa-apa tentang konsep voice, choice, dan ownership pada siswa untuk mempromosikan kepemimpinan pada murid atau student agency. Setelah mengikuti alur belajar ini saya memperoleh pengetahuan yang benar-benar baru bagi saya. Dengan mempelajari modul ini, rasa penasaran saya sejak awal saya mendaftar program guru penggerak ini adalah bagaimana merdeka belajar itu dilaksanakan. Saya baru tersadar ternyata salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk melaksanakan merdeka belajar adalah melaksanakan proses pembelajaran atau pendidikan dengan melibatkan suara, pilihan, dan kepemilikan murid sehingga murid dapat mengembangkan kepemimpinan pada diri mereka. Kepmimpinan ini penting ditumbuhkan pada murid karena murid yang memiliki kepemimpinan akan mampu membuat keputusan yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dan bermanfaat bagi kehidupan dirinya sendiri maupun pada orang lain sebagai bagian atau anggota masyarakat sehingga tercapai kesejahteraan lahir dan batin.

Articulation of Learning

Setelah mengikuti alur belajar ini, saya berencana untuk menggali informasi yang lebih banyak lagi tentang student agency. Saya ingin mengetahui lebih banyak lagi beberapa definisi, aspek maupun faktor student agency dari beberapa tokoh. Dengan bekal pengetahuan tersebut saya berharap akan lebih mampu melaksanakan program pendidikan di kelas maupun sekolah yang lebih baik yang dapat mempromosikan student agency secara optimal di kelas dan sekolah saya. Saya berharap dengan menumbuhkan student agency atau kepemimpinan pada murid, murid-murid saya akan lebih terlibat secara aktif dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran maupun pendidikan di kelas dan sekolah sehingga hasil yan dicapai juga lebih optimal.
