Yuk, Jadi Remaja Hebat

Renaja adalah fase kehidupan manusia yang paling rumit. Kenapa? Karena pada masa ini remaja mengalami perubahan dari fase anak-anak menjadi dewasa.

Setiap fase kehidupan, manusia memiliki tugas perkembangan yang harus diselesaikan. Jika tugas perkembangan tersebut tidak diselesaikam dengan baik maka individu tersebut akan mengalami gangguan perkembangan pada fase kehidupan berikutnya. Ia akan menjadi invividu yang gagal

Robert Y. Havigurst menyebutkan bahwa remaja memiliki tugas perkembangan yang harus diselesaukan dengan baik. Dengan menyelesaikan tugas perkembangan sebagai remaja, kalian akan tumbuh menjadi remaja hebat. Mau jadi remaja hebat? Yuk, kita simak penjelasan berikut.

1. Mencapai hubungan sosial yang matang dengan teman sebaya

Belajarlah untuk bisa bekerja sama dengan teman sebaya kalian, baik lawan jenis maupun sesama jenis. Tentu kerja sama yang baik, ya, yang membawa pengaruh positif dalam hidup kalian agar hidup kalian menjadi lebih baik dari waktu ke waktu. Selain itu, belajarlah untuk mengendalikan perasaan-perasaan pribadi agar hubunga kerja sama tetap baik. Belajr menjadi pemimpin juga penting. Jadilah pemimpin yang baik tanpa harus mendominasi.

Remaja hebat adalah remaja yang dapat menjalin hubungan positif dengan siapapun dengan mengambil sisi positif dan membuang sisi negatif.

2. Menjalankan peranan sosial secara bertanggung jawab

Kalian hidup sebagai makhluk sosual, artinya kalian hidup di tengah-tengah lingkungan sosial dari lingkupbyang paling kecil yaitu keluarga hingga ke lingkup yang lebih besar seprti lingkungan masyarakat di kampung, sekolah, hingga negara. Sebagai anggota keluarga tentu kalian punya peran masing-masing, misalnya sebagai anak, sebagai kaka atau adik. Dalam lingkungan masyarakay, kalian punya peran sebagai teman atau sebagai tetangga. Dalam lingkungan sekolah, kalian punya peran sebagai siswa atau teman sekelas/sekolah. Dalam lingkungan negara kalian memiliki peran sebagai warga negara. Nah, untuk menjalankan peran-peran tersebut kalian harus mengikuti nilai, norma, dan tatatan yang telah ditetapkakn. Jadi, nggak bisa semaunya melanggar aturan atau norma yang berlaku. So, belaajrlah disiplin untuk menaati peraturan mulai dari lingkungan keluarga hingga negara, ya..

Remaja hebat adalah remaja yang dapat melakukan semua peran sebaik mungkin dengan penuh tanggung jawab sesuai tatanan, nilai, norma, dan aturan hingga tumbuh menjadi remaja dengan versi terbaiknya yang diterima dan dibutuhkan keluarga, masyarakat dan negara.

3. Menerima kenyataan jasmaniah dan memanfaatkannya seefektif mungkin.

Remaja mengalami perubahan secara fisik secara drastis. Seringkali remja menjadi insecure dengan kondisi fisik yang mereka dapatkan. Terima kenyataan jasmaniah yang kamu miliki . Tapi tidak berarti kamu cuek dengan jasmanimu, loh ya. Rawat baik baik jasmanimu. Rawat tubuhmu dengan baik dengan konsumsi makanan yang bergizi, menjaga kebersihan tubuh, olah raga cukup agar sehat dan memiliki postur tubuh yang baik. Jika semua upaya telah dilakukan dan kamu harus puas dan menerima fisikmu apa adanya dan bersyukurlah masih diberi fisik yang sempurna. Manfaatkan fisikmu sefektif mungkin untuk melakukan yang terbaik untuk masa depanmu dan keluarga, bangsa dan negara.

Remaja hebat adalah yang secure terhadap tubuhnya dan mampu memanfaatkan tubuhnya seefektif mungkin untuk melakukan hal-hal positif.

4. Mengembangkan kecakapan intelektual

Saatny sekarang untuk belajar banyak hal agar kalian memiliki kecakaoan intelektual. Agar tumbuh menjadi warga negara yang baik, kalian perlu memiliki pengetahuan tentang hukum dan kewarganegaraan, teknologi, pemerintah, ekonomi, politik, geografi, hakikat kemanusiaan dan ilmu ilmu lainnya. Dengan kecakapan intelektual, kalian akan mampu menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan yang sedang kalian hadapi. Dengan kecakapan intelektual kalian akan tumbuh menjadi remaja yang kritis dan mampu memberikan solusi atas berbagai persoalan, bukan remaja yang sok kritis alias hanya pandai mengkritik tanpa solusi.

Remaja hebat adalah remaja yang memiliki kecakapan intelektual. Semakin tinggi kecakapan intelektual, semakin anda kritis dan kreatif dalam menyelesaikan berbagai persoalan
