SMP Negeri 1 Turi, Sleman menyelenggarakan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) menggunakan sistem blok, yaitu selama satu minggu setiap bulan. P5 kali ini mengambil tema Sehat Jiwa Raga dengan topik “Aku Mencintai Diriku Sendiri”
Tujuan dari P5 topik Aku Mencintai Diriku Sendiri adalah menanamkan karakter Bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan berakhlak mulia, khususnya akhlak pribadi. Tujuan ke dua adalah menumbuhkan karakter mandiri, terutama regulasi diri.
Kegiatan ini diawali dengan orientasi atau pengenalan mengenai self-care atau mencintai diri sendiri sebagai salah satu bentuk atau wujud karakter berakhlak mulia terhadap diri sendiri. Melalui program ini diharapkan siswa memiliki kesadaran penuh untuk melakukan yang terbaik untuk dirinya, baik fisik maupun mental.
Self-care terdiri dari enpat jenis, yaitu physical self-care, mental self-care, socail self-care, dan emosional self care. Berikut penjelasan dan tips untuk setiap jenis self-care.
Demikian yang bisa saya bagikan kali ini ya. Kegiatan P5 hari kedua dengan tema Sehat Jiwa Raga akan saya bagikan di artikel berikutnya.
